Decentralized Nature
Hyperliquid operates as a decentralized exchange, meaning that trades are conducted directly between users without a central intermediary. You acknowledge that Hyperliquid does not control the blockchain networks that are utilized and that it has no liability for any issues arising from these networks.
Risks
Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. Prices can fluctuate on any given day. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment. You acknowledge that you are aware of these risks and that you are solely responsible for any decisions to buy, sell, or trade cryptocurrencies on the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperliquid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on hyperl-quid-trade.gr.com, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of or licensed to Hyperliquid and are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Amendments
